Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our holiday rental property! Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern your stay. By booking our holiday let, you agree to abide by these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@guestcommunications.co.uk

Booking and Payment:

a. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking.

b. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before your arrival date.

c. Payments can be made via Bacs, card.

Check-in and Check-out:

a. Check-in time is 3pm on the day of arrival.

b. Check-out time is 11am on the day of departure.

c. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy:

a. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the arrival date will receive a refund of 100% of the total booking amount.

b. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date are non-refundable.

Occupancy and House Rules:

a. The maximum occupancy of the property is the number guests you input to book.

b. Parties and events are not allowed under any circumstance.

c. Guests are expected to respect neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.

d. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Security Deposit:

a. A refundable security deposit of £250 is required upon check-in.

b. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to inspection and compliance with the terms and conditions.

Property Care:

a. Guests are responsible for keeping the property and its contents in good condition.

b. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately, and guests may be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.

Utilities and Amenities:

a. The rental fee includes all utilities.

b. Guests are expected to use utilities responsibly.

Pets:

a. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in writing under special circumstances.

b. Additional fees and conditions may apply for pet-friendly stays.

Liability:

a. The property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises.

b. Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings, and the property owners are not liable for any loss or theft.

Force Majeure:

a. We shall not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions, that may affect your stay.
